3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders
Items marked as final sale

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address
Ship the item back to us securely
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at info@calicutmetrointeriors.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
